Orders placed on our online shop will be sent by GLS courier.

All orders will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders will not be processed on Saturday, Sunday and during public holidays.

Normally, the courier takes 24-48 hours for delivery throughout Italy, four working days in Europe and five to ten working days for other destinations (barring unforeseen circumstances/unexpected delays not dependent on our wills, as strikes).

Shipments to Italy are free.

Shipments abroad have a cost that varies depending on the destination country and customs costs. The shipping costs will still be calculated at the time of checkout.

A confirmation email will be sent to confirm the order, together with a link from which you can check the status of your order.


The procedure for returning the order is the following:

1. Send an email indicating the order number to no later than 8 days after the order arrives.

2. Indicate the size received and the size with which you want to change the product

3. The product must be returned in its original condition (it must NOT have been used and must NOT be damaged in any way) together with all the accessories contained in the packaging

4. Send the package, this must be sealed, through a safe and authorized shipping service to the following address:




NB: Return shipping is charged to the customer for all countries.

MI ALMA MILANO reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or shipped late and to refuse any damaged products.

Within 48 hours of receipt of the return request we will replace the size or, in the absence of it, create a coupon code of the same value that can be spent on our online shop within 1 year of the coupon released date.

In the event that the return is made in the sales period or using a discount code, the coupon will be of the same value paid but will not correspond to the original price of the product.
